同伴支持教育在骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折术后患者延续性护理中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的同过对骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折术后患者实施不同的术后护理方案,观察其临床效果,探究不同护理方案特点。方法从来该院诊治的2016年7月—2018年8月的骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者中随机抽取72例,随机分为对照组36例:实施延续性护理;治疗组36例:实施延续性护理+同伴支持教育,比较两组的自我管理效能感评分和生活质量表评分评分。结果治疗组经同伴支持教育干预后自我管理效能感的各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组干预后自我管理效能感总评分为(34.13±7.84)分高于对照组(28.17±6.58)分(t=12.345,P<0.05);治疗组经同伴支持教育干预后生活质量的各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组干预后生活质量整体健康状况为67.44±5.26)分高于对照组(60.24±5.84)分(t=12.345,P<0.05)。结论同伴支持教育可有效提高骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折术后患者延续性护理提高自我管理效能感,改善生活质量,提高活动能力和精神及躯体健康状况,是一项值得推广的临床护理方案。 Objective To implement different postoperative care programs for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, observe the clinical effects, and explore the characteristics of different nursing programs. Methods 72 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures from July 2016 to August 2018 were randomly selected from our hospital. They were randomly divided into control group(36 cases): continuous care;36 cases in treatment group: continuous care + peer support education was implemented, and the self-administration efficacy scores and quality of life score of the two groups were compared. Results The self-administration efficacy scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total self-administration efficacy score of the treatment group was(34.13±7.84)points, which was higher than that of the control group(28.17±6.58)points(t=12.345, P<0.05). The treatment group was(67.44±5.26)points was higher than the control group by(60.24±5.84)points(t=12.345, P<0.05). Conclusion Peer support education can effectively improve the self-management efficacy, improve the quality of life, improve the activity ability and mental and physical health of patients with postoperative osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture. It is a clinical care worth promoting.
