针灸结合盆底肌功能训练对产后尿潴留的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Pelvic Floor Muscle Function Training on Postpartum Urinary Tetention

目的探讨针灸联合盆底肌功能训练对产后尿潴留的治疗效果。方法随机选取该院2015年3月—2018年3月期间接收的84例产后尿潴留患者,随机分为两组,对照组42例:实施常规的产后盆底肌功能训练,治疗组42例:实施常规的产后盆底肌功能训练+针灸治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗组治愈时间(7.33±0.21)周低于对照组(t=8.135,P<0.05),治疗组治疗时间治疗时间(12.93±0.68)d低于对照组(t=9.236,P<0.05);治疗组总有效率(85.71%)高于对照组(71.43%)(χ~2=12.632,P<0.05)。结论针灸结合盆底肌功能训练有效缩短孕妇产后尿潴留的治愈时间和治疗时间,提高临床有效率,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle training on postpartum urinary retention. Methods Random select 84 patients with postpartum urinary retention received from March2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: 42 patients in the control group: routine postpartum pelvic floor muscle function training, 42 patients in the treatment group: implementation conventional postpartum pelvic floor muscle training + acupuncture treatment, comparing the clinical effects of the two groups. Results The healing time of the treatment group was(7.33±0.21) weeks lower than that of the control group(t=8.135, P<0.05). The treatment time(12.93±0.68) d was lower in the treatment group than in the control group(t=9.236, P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group(85.71%) was higher than that of the control group(71.43%)(χ^2=12.632, P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with pelvic floor muscle function training can effectively shorten the healing time and treatment time of postpartum urinary retention in pregnant women, improve clinical efficiency, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
