秋季拉萨市城关区室外空气微生物多样性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为监测和评价拉萨市空气微生物污染状况,了解拉萨市秋季室外空气细菌和真菌多样性,通过自然沉降法于2017年秋季对拉萨市城关区6个功能区12个样点的微生物进行了采集,并对获得的菌株进行了纯化和鉴定。结果表明:拉萨市城关区秋季室外细菌总丰度平均值为77 CFU/m^3,真菌总丰度平均值为84 CFU/m^3;医疗卫生区细菌总丰度明显低于其他几个功能区,而该功能区真菌总丰度则最高;城关区秋季室外空气细菌分属于13个属30个种,Bacillus、Kocuria、Exiguobacterium和Streptomyces为优势属;城关区秋季室外空气真菌分属于12个属,15个种和一个未知种,优势属为Aspergillus和Cladosporium。总体而言,拉萨城关区秋季室外空气微生物数量较少,侧面反映了拉萨城关区冬季空气质量较好。 In order to monitor and estimate the airborne microbial pollution and to understand the bacterial and fungal diversity of outdoor air during the autumn in Lhasa,the samples of microbes were collected from 6 functional areas with 12 sample sites during the autumn in year 2017 by the fallen plate method and the obtained strains were purified and identified.The total abundances of air bacteria and air fungi were 77 CFU/m^3 and 84 CFU/m^3 respectively.The total Fungal abundance in medical and health areas was significantly higher than that in other functional areas where the total abundance of bacteria was apparently higher than that in other areas.Airborne bacteria can be classified to 13 genera and 30 species,among them Bacillus、Kocuria,Exiguobacterium and Streptomyces were the dominant genera during autumn in Lhasa.Airborne fungi can be identified to 12 genera and 15 species with an unknown one and Aspergillu and Cladosporium were the dominant genera during autumn in Lhasa.In general,the number of airborne microbes was less in quantity reflecting a favorable outdoor air condition in Lhasa during the autumn.
