日多及羊湖区域高原鼠兔(Ochotona curzoniae)洞穴密度与植被特征的相关性初探 被引量:4

摘要 文章采用样线法对西藏日多、羊湖区域高原鼠兔(Ochotona curzoniae)洞穴密度、当地植被覆盖度、植物物种数进行了数据采集,并分析了不同的高原鼠兔洞穴密度与植被覆盖度、植物物种数的相关性。研究结果发现:日多、羊湖区域高原鼠兔洞穴密度与当地植被覆盖度之间不存在相关性(t=0.44,df=38,P=0.65);与当地植物物种数之间也没有显著关系(t=-2.18,df=38,P=0.03)。两地植物物种数之间无显著关系(t=-0.61, df=28,P=0.54)。 The data on the burrow density of plateau pika(Ochotona curzoniae),vegetation cover and plant species was collected with line-transects from July 25 to August 3rd 2017 in the Rotok Township(92°19′E,29°46′N)and Yamdrok Tso(90°25′E,29°06′N)in Tibet.The correlation between the burrow density of plateau pika and the vegetation coverage,the number of plant species was analyzed.The results showed that there was no cor.relation between the burrow density of plateau pikas and vegetation cover(t=0.44,df=38,P=0.65),and there was significant correlation between the burrow density of plateau pikas plant species(t=-2.18,df=38,P=0.03)in both Rotok Township and Yamdrok Tso.There was no significant correlation between the number of plant species in Rotok Township and that in Yamdrok Tso(t=-0.61,df=28,P=0.54).
