螺旋CT诊断腰椎间盘突出症并发椎管狭窄的临床价值

Clinical value of spiral CT in diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation complicated with spinal stenosis

目的探讨螺旋CT诊断腰椎间盘突出症并发椎管狭窄的临床价值。方法 50例腰椎间盘突出症并发椎管狭窄患者,均进行螺旋CT检查,观察螺旋CT诊断的正确率。结果 50例患者螺旋CT共检出48例,诊断率为96.0%。其中11例患者硬膜囊受损, 16例患者椎间盘部分脱出, 8例患者韧带肥厚, 7例患者侧隐窝狭窄, 6例患者椎间孔狭窄。结论螺旋CT在腰椎间盘突出症的诊断中有着重要意义,对韧带、神经根的受损程度以及椎管狭窄均有清楚显示,临床诊断价值显著,可以为临床治疗提供可靠的科学依据,具有较高的诊断价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of spiral CT in diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation complicated with spinal stenosis. Methods 50 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation complicated with spinal stenosis were examined by spiral CT, and the correct rate of spiral CT diagnosis was observed. Results 48 cases were detected by spiral CT in 50 patients, and the diagnostic rate was 96.0%. Among them, 11 patients had damage to the dural sac, 16 patients had partial disc prolapse, 8 patients had hypertrophic ligaments, 7 patients had lateral recess stenosis, and 6 patients had intervertebral foramen stenosis. Conclusion Spiral CT plays an important role in the diagnosis of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. It can clearly show the extent of ligament and nerve root damage and spinal canal stenosis with significant clinical diagnostic value. It can provide reliable scientific basis for clinical treatment and has high diagnostic value.
