摘要
实验室对本科生开放是提升其工程实践与创新能力的重要手段。然而,利用实验室开放进行自主学习的本科生比例低于30%,实验设备利用率低,严重阻碍了人才培养质量的大力提升。基于KPI指标,探索了面向全体学生开放的自动化专业实验室开放机制。首先借鉴KPI的思想设计了面向实验室开放的师生考核关键指标;其次,基于关键指标构建了多层次、立体化、不间断的实践教学体系,并配套了相关教育教学管理制度;最后,针对实验教师制订了工作量计算办法和激励措施。经过3年的实践,切实提高了实验室设备利用率和师生参与度,有效提升了本科生工程实践与创新能力,为兄弟院校进一步提高实验室开放提供了参考。
The openness of laboratories to undergraduates is an important means of improving their engineering practice and innovation capabilities. However, the proportion of undergraduate students who use the laboratory for self-learning is less than 30%, and the utilization rate of experimental equipment is low, which seriously hinders the improvement of the quality of personnel training. Based on the KPI indicator, the open mechanism of the automation professional laboratory opened to all students was explored. First, the KPI key indicators for teacher and student assessment open to the laboratory were designed. Second, a multi-level, three-dimensional, uninterrupted practical teaching system was constructed, and the relevant management system was provided. Finally, the workload calculation method and incentive measures were formulated for the experimental teachers. After three years of practice, the laboratory equipment utilization rate and teacherstudent participation have been effectively improved. It provides a reference for the brothers and universities to further increase the open rate of the laboratory.
