摘要 人才培养一直是高校极为关注的重要问题。随着智能制造的推进,产业对人才提出了新的要求,需要高校培养掌握核心技术的创新型人才、多学科交叉的复合型人才以及具有实际技术操作能力的技能型人才。为适应新的人才需求,我国推出了新工科建设方针。通过调研智能制造人才需求存在的主要问题,分析我国高校人才培养模式的不足以及浙江科技大学应用型本科人才培养方面所做的探索与实践,提出了一些提升应用型高校人才培养水平的建议。 Talent training has always been an important issue of great concern and discussion in colleges and universities. With the advance of intelligent manufacturing, the industry has put forward new requirements for talents. It is necessary for colleges and universities to cultivate innovative talents who master the core technology, multi-disciplinary compound talents and skilled talents with practical technical operation ability. In order to meet the needs of new talents, the construction of new engineering courses was introduced. By investigating the main problems existing in the demand for intelligent manufacturing talents, based on the analysis of the shortage of talents training mode in colleges and universities and the exploration and practice of cultivating applied undergraduate talents in our university, some suggestions are put forward to improve the level of talents cultivation in applied colleges and universities.
