摘要
以某异步风力发电机为研究对象,对其疲劳强度进行校核,提出耐疲劳性能的通用检验方法。根据转轴基本参数,一是采用常规方法和有限元方法对轴伸强度进行常规计算和校核;二是根据转轴的应用特点,对四个轴伸危险区域的高周疲劳进行考察。研究发现:转轴轴伸强度在额定和瞬态最大扭矩作用下的应力均小于许用应力;轴伸危险位置的高周疲劳安全因子分别为2.8、4.1、3.7和4.1,均远远超过其允许的最小值1.2。计算结果表明,该异步风力发电机的耐疲劳性能满足设计要求。
By taking an asynchronous wind turbine as the research object,the fatigue strength is checked,and a general test method for fatigue resistance is proposed.Firstly,according to the basic parameters of the rotating shaft,the conventional method and the finite element method are used to calculate and check its strength of shaft extension.Then,according to the application characteristics of the rotating shaft,the high cycle fatigues in 4 dangerous areas of axle extension are investigated.It is found that the stresses of shaft extension under rated and transient maximum torsion are less than allowable stresses,and the high cycle fatigue safety factors of dangerous locations of shaft extension are 2.8,4.1,3.7 and 4.1,which all far exceed the allowable minimum value 1.2.The results show that the fatigue resistance of the asynchronous wind turbine meets the design requirements.
