复合型能源供应方案下的能效管控模式——基于未来科技城区域能源电厂

Energy Efficiency Management and Control Mode under Composite Energy Supply Scheme——Based on Regional Energy Power Plant of Future Science and Technology City

摘要 未来科技城区域能源电厂负责园区内的冷、热、电供应,其运用了多种能源形式相互补充的复合型能源供应系统,生产调度、能耗控制和能效管理采取了"源、网、站"一体化建设管理模式。该系统利用能源梯级性和可循环利用性,在园区集中供热和供冷等大环境下,力求能效指标的合理分配,形成精细化的能效管控框架,提出数字化的能效监测网络,实现数据采集和远传、运行状态实时监控和生产报表生成。模式推广应用后,综合能源利用率大幅提高至70%,年减少CO——2排放量10万吨,年减少NO——x排放量6万吨,年节约冷凝水量11.5万吨,实现了企业降本增效,促进了环境保护,为区域能源能效管理提供了方法借鉴。 The regional energy power plant of Future Science and Technology City is responsible for the cold,heat and electricity supply in the city.The plant use the composite energy supply system with various forms of energy complementing with each other,and its production scheduling,energy consumption control and energy efficiency management takes the construction and management mode integrating“source,network and station”.Based on the advantages of cascade characteristics and recyclability,study on the rational distribution of energy efficiency indicators are carried out under the macro-environment of central heating and cooling,so that a fine energy efficiency control framework and a digital efficiency monitoring network are formed,as to realize the data acquisition and remote transmission,operation state real-time monitoring and production report generation.By applying such a mode,the annual comprehensive energy utilization rate increases sharply to 70%,the annual CO2 emissions are reduced by 100,000 tons,the annual NOx emissions are reduced by 60,000 tons,and the annual condensate water is saved by 115,000 tons.Cost reduction and efficiency increase are archived for the enterprise,and environment protection is promoted,opening a new methodology for the management of regional energy efficiency.
