胃结肠瘘诊断及治疗的研究进展

Research progress on diagnosis and treatment of gastrocolic fistula

胃结肠瘘是胃和结肠异常连通所致的解剖异常,是腹部疾病的少见并发症,临床表现呈现多样性,诊断较为困难。近年来,随着胃结肠瘘的病理生理研究及认识的不断深入,其治疗方式有了很大转变,早期非手术综合治疗取得了越来越重要的地位。本文就胃结肠瘘的流行病学、临床诊断及治疗等作一综述。

Gastrocolic fistula(GCF)is a pathologic communication between a segment of the colon and the stomach.It is also an uncommon complication of abdominal diseases.The various clinical presentations make the diagnosis difficult.Recently,with the further understanding of physiological on GCF,the therapeutic modalities have changed a lot over the years.Non-operative treatment occupies an important place.This article reviewes the clinical symptoms,diagnosis and treatment of GCF.
