银杏叶滴丸联合加味桃红四物汤治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of ginkgo leaf dropping pills combined with modified Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of chloasma

目的观察银杏叶滴丸联合加味桃红四物汤治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法 70例黄褐斑患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例。对照组给予离子导入加外敷中药面膜治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予银杏叶滴丸联合加味桃红四物汤治疗。观察比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组痊愈9例、显效13例、有效9例、无效4例,总有效率为88.6%(31/35);对照组痊愈5例、显效10例、有效9例、无效11例,总有效率为68.6%(24/35);治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未发生不良反应。结论银杏叶滴丸联合加味桃红四物汤治疗面部黄褐斑疗效确切,具有补血活血、化瘀祛斑之功效,提高了常规疗法的效果,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ginkgo leaf dropping pills combined with modified Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 70 chloasma patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with iontophoresis plus external application of Chinese herbal mask, and the treatment group was treated with ginkgo leaf dropping pills combined with modified Taohong Siwu decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect and occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups was observed. Results The treatment group had 9 cure cases, 13 excellent cases, 9 effective cases and 4 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 88.6%(31/35), while control group had 5 cure cases, 10 excellent cases, 9 effective cases and 11 ineffective cases, with total effective rate as 68.6%(24/35). The treatment group had higher total effective rate than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Both groups had no adverse reactions. Conclusion Gginkgo leaf dropping pills combined with modified Taohong Siwu decoction shows affirmative efficacy in the treatment of facial chloasma. This methods had effects of invigorating blood circulation, removing blood stasis and removing freckles. They improve the effect of conventional therapy and are worthy of clinical application. It can improve the effect of conventional therapy and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
