摘要
智慧城市(smart city)的设计理念是以人为本,以科技手段为辅,是为了满足人们对美好城市生活的追求,提升人们的主观幸福。本文界定智慧城市的内涵,解析智慧城市理念在实际实施过程中所面临的问题,提出未来城市发展实践的策略。最终指出只有突破"二元对立"的思维模式,在构建人与环境一体化格局的基础上,利用先进的媒介技术加持,同时在提升普通大众建筑素养的前提下,才能使大众都参与到智慧城市的设计之中,从而进一步推动城市设计由理念到实践建设的飞跃。
The design concept of Smart City is people-oriented,supplemented by scientific and technological means.It is put forward in order to meet people’s pursuit of better urban life and enhance people’s subjective happiness.This paper defines the connotation of smart city,analyzes the problems faced by smart city in the actual implementation process,and puts forward the strategies of urban development in the future.Finally,it is pointed out that only by breaking through the thinking mode of“binary opposition”,on the basis of constructing the integrated pattern of human beings and the environment,using the blessing of advanced media technology,and at the same time improving the architectural literacy of the general public,can make the public participate in the design of smart city,we can further promote the leap of urban design from concept to practice construction.
