评价精细化护理干预用于经尿道前列腺等离子切除术治疗前列腺增生患者护理中的效果

Evaluation on the effect of fine nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral plasma prostatectomy

目的探讨精细化护理干预用于经尿道前列腺等离子切除术治疗前列腺增生患者中的效果。方法 100例前列腺增生患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,各50例。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予精细化护理干预,比较两组患者国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量量表(QOL)、下床时间、住院时间及并发症发生情况。结果经护理后,研究组QOL评分、IPSS评分均显著低于对照组,下床时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者发生1例尿道阻塞, 1例尿失禁, 1例膀胱痉挛, 3例出血, 3例尿路感染,并发症发生率为18.0%:对照组患者发生3例尿道阻塞, 6例尿失禁, 3例膀胱痉挛, 4例出血, 5例尿路感染,并发症发生率为42.0%。研究组患者并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理干预用于经尿道前列腺等离子切除术治疗前列腺增生患者护理中有利于减少并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量,加快下床时间,缩短住院时间,实现良好的护理效果。

Objective To discuss the effect of fine nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral plasma prostatectomy. Methods A total of 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into research group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the research group received meticulous nursing intervention. Comparison were made on international prostate symptom score(IPSS), quality of life(QOL) scale, off-bed time, hospitalization time and occurrence of complications between the two groups. Results After nursing, the research group had significantly lower QOL score and IPSS score than the control group, and shorter off-bed time and hospitalization time than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The research group had 1 case of urethral obstruction, 1 case of urinary incontinence, 1 case of bladder spasm, 3 cases of bleeding, 3 cases of urinary tract infection, with incidence of complications as 18.0%. The control group had 3 cases of urethral obstruction, 6 cases of urinary incontinence, 3 cases of bladder spasm, 4 cases of bleeding, 5 cases of urinary tract infection, with incidence of complications as 42.0%. The research group had significantly lower incidence of complications than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Fine nursing intervention shows good nursing effect for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated by transurethral prostate plasma resection, and it is conducive to reducing complications, improving the quality of life of patients, speeding up off-bed time, shortening hospitalization time.
