老年白内障合并青光眼手术患者采取针对性护理干预的临床意义

Clinical significance of targeted nursing intervention in elderly patients with cataract and glaucoma surgery

目的探讨老年白内障合并青光眼手术患者采取针对性护理干预的临床意义。方法 80例老年白内障合并青光眼手术患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用针对性护理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度。结果试验组患者总满意度90.0%,对照组患者总满意度72.5%,试验组总满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对白内障合并青光眼手术患者使用针对性护理干预可以明显提升护理效果,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical significance of targeted nursing intervention in elderly patients with cataract and glaucoma surgery. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with cataract and glaucoma surgery were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received targeted nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction degree in two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had total satisfaction degree as 90.0%, which was 72.5% in the control group. The experimental group had higher total satisfaction degree than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention for cataract patients with glaucoma surgery can significantly improve the nursing effect and improve the quality of life of patients, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
