摘要
随着地铁的大规模建设,不可避免的会面临盾构下穿复杂地层的情况。本文依托南京地铁三号线新庄站至鸡鸣寺站区间隧道长距离下穿玄武湖工程和湖底穿越九华山隧道工程,对盾构机刀具加固和维护、盾尾漏水(浆)处理和掌子面塌方处理等复合地层中盾构施工关键技术进行了系统分析,研究表明,在湖底隧道通过过程中,应根据地层材料的不同选取合理的盾构刀具,并进行定期开仓维护;可通过安置弧形钢板,并配备海绵条及棉胎等柔性材料的措施进行盾尾漏水处理;针对不同程度的掌子面坍塌区域,可采用填筑不同材料处理塌陷,并应保证盾构通过速率。
With the large-scale construction of subway,shield tunneling through complex strata is inevitable.Based on the long distance underpass Xuanwuhu Lake project and Jiuhuashan tunnel project of Nanjing Metro Line 3 between Xinzhuang Station and Jimingsi Station,the key technologies of shield construction in composite strata,such as shield machine tool reinforcement and maintenance,shield tail leakage treatment and face collapse treatment,are systematically analyzed in order to provide reference for similar projects.During the passage of the lake tunnel,reasonable shield cutting tools should be selected according to the different stratum materials,and regular warehouse opening and maintenance should be carried out;The treatment of shield tail leakage can be carried out by installing arc steel plate and equipping with flexible materials such as sponge strip and cotton tire;For different degree of collapse area of palm face,different materials can be used to control the collapse and the passing rate should be ensured.
