装配式建筑预制混凝土构件生产成本控制的研究

Study on Production Cost of Precast Concrete Members in Prefabricated Buildings

装配式建筑具有效率高、环保、节能等优点,我国的装配式建筑一直面临着成本高的问题,致使一些建筑企业仍站在旁观者的角度进行观望,使得装配式建筑的发展受到严重的阻碍。本文针对装配式混凝土建筑的特点,从装配式混凝土建筑构件生产出发,分析成本控制存在的问题,并提出有效降低装配式混凝土建筑构件生产成本的措施,以求促进装配式混凝土建筑在我国的发展。

Prefabricated construction has the advantages of high efficiency environmental protection and energy saving prefabricated construction in our country have been faced with the problem of high cost,make some enterprises are still in wait-and-see attitude,seriously hindered the development of prefabricated construction in our country,this paper according to the characteristics of the prefabricated concrete construction,starting from the component production of precast concrete buildings,analyses the problems existing in the cost control,and effectively reduce the prefabricated concrete measures of building unit production costs,in order to promote the development of prefabricated concrete building in our country.
