探讨冠心病不稳定型心绞痛应用化痰祛瘀通脉汤治疗的有效性

Exploring the Effectiveness of Huayu Tongmai Decoction in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的探讨化痰祛瘀通脉汤治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果,为今后临床治疗提供参考依据。方法抽取2015年1月—2017年1月新疆塔城地区裕民县人民医院冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疾病患者92例分成对照组(46例)和治疗组(46例)。对照组采用常规心绞痛药物治疗方案进行治疗;治疗组在常规方案基础上加用中药化痰祛瘀通脉汤进行治疗。比较两组患者用药治疗前后血脂和血液流变学指标水平的改善幅度、冠心病不稳定型心绞痛药物治疗总有效率、不良反应、症状消失时间、心电图复常时间、治疗总时间。结果治疗组血脂、血液流变学指标改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);冠心病不稳定型心绞痛药物治疗总有效率达到91.3%,高于对照组的71.7%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.74,P<0.05);仅有2例患者出现药物所致不良反应,少于对照组的9例,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.47,P<0.05);症状消失时间(5.91±1.24)d、心电图复常时间(7.33±1.86)d、治疗总时间(10.76±2.32)d短于对照组(8.75±1.40)d、(10.63±2.94)d、(14.90±2.54)d,差异有统计学意义(t1=12.861 3,t2=13.2476,t3=14.125 0)。结论冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疾病患者采用化痰祛瘀通脉汤进行治疗,可以大幅度改善血脂等相关指标水平,减少不良反应,缩短用药时间,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huayu Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in coronary heart disease,and to provide reference for future clinical treatment.Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,92 patients with unstable angina pectoris disease in Yumin County People's Hospital of Tacheng District,Xinjiang were divided into control group(46 cases)and treatment group(46 cases).The control group was treated with conventional angina pectoris drug treatment plan;the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Huayu Tongmai Decoction on the basis of conventional regimen.The improvement of blood lipid and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment,the total effective rate of adverse drug treatment for coronary heart disease,adverse reactions,time of disappearance of symptoms,time of recurrence of electrocardiogram,and total time of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of blood lipid and hemorheology in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of drug treatment for unstable angina pectoris was 91.3%,which was higher than 71.7%in the control group(χ^2=5.74,P<0.05);only 2 patients had drug-induced adverse reactions,fewer than 9 patients in the control group,the different was statistically significant(χ^2=4.47,P<0.05);symptom disappearance time(5.91±1.24)d,electrocardiogram regular time(7.33±1.86)d and total treatment time(10.76±2.32)d were shorter than the control group[(8.75±1.40)d,(10.63±2.94)d,(14.90±2.54)d],the different was statistically significant(t1=12.861 3,t2=13.2476,t3=14.125 0).Conclusion Patients with unstable angina pectoris with coronary heart disease treated with Huayu Tongmai Decoction can greatly improve the levels of blood lipids and other related indicators,reduce adverse reactions,shorten the time of medication and reduce the suffering of patients.
