胸腔镜下单操作孔手术切除肺大泡的临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value of Thoracoscopic Single Operation Hole for Surgical Removal of Pulmonary Bullae

目的研究探讨胸腔镜下单操作孔手术切除肺大泡的临床应用价值。方法该实验于2006年1月—2018年6月在该院进行,以此时段内收治的80例肺大泡患者为研究对象,随机均分两组各40例,以开胸手术治疗为对照组,以胸腔镜下单操作孔手术切除治疗为观察组,分析胸腔镜下单操作孔手术切除治疗的价值,并对比两组的手术指标,并发症。结果观察组的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量各项指标明显比对照组的要好,观察组手术指标优于对照组,并发症较对照组的要少,观察组并发症发生率为5.0%,对照组为15.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=18.312, P<0.05)。结论对于肺大泡患者,进行胸腔镜下单操作孔手术切除治疗,效果显著,可以减少住院时间、术中出血量等,安全性较高,并发症少,值得在今后的治疗中应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of thoracoscopic single-operated surgery for the removal of pulmonary bullae.Methods This study was performed in our hospital from January 2006 to June 2018.80 patients with pulmonary vesicles admitted during this period were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients in each group.In the control group,the thoracotomy was performed;thoracoscopic single-operated resection was performed in the observation group.The value of thoracoscopic single-operated resection was analyzed,and the surgical indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The surgical index of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the complications were less than those of the control group.The complication rate of the observation group was lower 5.0%,control group was 15.0%,the two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=18.312,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with pulmonary bullae,thoracoscopic single-operational resection is effective,which can reduce the length of hospital stay and intraoperative blood loss.It has higher safety and less complications,and it is worthy of application in future treatment.
