超声乳化白内障吸出术及青光眼白内障联合手术治疗合并白内障的闭角型青光眼疗效比较

Comparison of Phacoemulsification and Glaucoma Cataract Surgery in the Treatment of Angle-closure Glaucoma with Cataract

目的通过对比分析出青光眼白内障联合术以及超声乳化术两种治疗方法的具体成效。方法将2014年11月—2017年11月在该院接受治疗的74例相关患者作为研究对象,并将其分成两个不同的小组,其一为对照组,其二为研究组,给予对照组患者青光眼白内障联合术,给予研究组患者超声乳化术,对比分析两组患者的治疗总有效率,眼压水平和视力水平。结果在给予两组患者不同术式之后,研究组患者眼压水平和视力水平改善情况显著优于对照组患者,治疗后研究组的眼压水平为(39.8±4.2)mmHg,对照组的眼压水平为(62.4±4.7)mmHg,治疗后两组眼压比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.663,P<0.05)。结论超声乳化治疗手术对于青光眼患者具有显著疗效。能够有效改善患者眼压水平和视力水平,值得在临床治疗上推广使用。

Objective To compare the specific effects of glaucoma cataract combined with phacoemulsification.Methods A total of 74 patients who were treated in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2017 were enrolled in the study and divided into two groups,one of which was the control group,and the other was the study group.The glaucoma cataract was given to the control group.Combined surgery,phacoemulsification was given to the study group,and the total effective rate of treatment,intraocular pressure and visual acuity were compared between the two groups.Results After giving different treatments in the two groups,the improvement of intraocular pressure and visual acuity in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group.The intraocular pressure of the study group was(39.8±4.2)mmHg,and the intraocular pressure of the control group was(62.4±4.7)mmHg.After treatment,the intraocular pressure of the two groups was compared,The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.663,P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification has a significant effect on glaucoma patients.It can effectively improve the patient's intraocular pressure level and visual acuity,and it is worthy of popularization in clinical treatment.
