牙周-正畸联合治疗对中重度牙周炎患者的临床效果探讨

Clinical Effect of Periodontal-orthodon Combined Therapy on Patients with Moderate to Severe Periodontitis

目的探讨对中重度牙周炎患者选择牙周-正畸联合疗法治疗后获得的临床效果。方法选择该院2016年5月—2018年7月收治的96例中重度牙周炎患者作为实验对象;随机数表法分组后明确各组治疗方法;对照组(48例):选择牙周组织再生术展开治疗;观察组(48例):选择牙周-正畸联合疗法展开治疗;就两组治疗总有效率、副反应发生率以及牙周炎症消失时间展开对比。结果同对照组中重度牙周炎患者治疗总有效率(72.92%)比较,观察组(95.83%)提升程度明显(χ~2=9.560 5,P<0.05);同对照组中重度牙周炎患者副反应发生率(18.75%)比较,观察组(2.08%)降低程度明显(χ~2=7.144 2,P<0.05);观察组中重度牙周炎患者牙周炎症消失时间为(16.59±2.23)d,对照组为(25.05±2.19)d,同对照组中重度牙周炎患者牙周炎症消失时间比较,观察组缩短程度明显(t=18.752 7,P<0.05)。结论临床采用牙周-正畸联合疗法完成中重度牙周炎疾病治疗,在提高疗效、减少副反应、缩短牙周炎症消失时间方面,作用明显,可促进中重度牙周炎患者早期康复。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of periodontal-orthodontic combination therapy in patients with moderate to severe periodontitis.Methods 96 patients with moderate to severe periodontitis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to July 2018 were selected as experimental subjects.The randomized number table method was used to determine the treatment methods of each group.The control group(48 cases):selected periodontal Tissue regeneration was performed;observation group(48 cases):periodontal-orthodontic combination therapy was selected for treatment;the total effective rate,side reaction rate and periodontal inflammation disappeared time were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of patients with severe periodontitis(72.92%)was significantly higher in the observation group(95.83%)(χ^2=9.560 5,P<0.05).The incidence of reaction(18.75%)was significantly lower in the observation group(2.08%)(χ^2=7.144 2,P<0.05).The time of disappearance of periodontal inflammation in the patients with severe periodontitis in the observation group was(16.59±2.23)d.The control group was(25.05±2.19)d,compared with the time of disappearance of periodontal inflammation in patients with severe periodontitis in the control group,and the degree of shortening in the observation group was significant(t=18.752 7,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of periodontal-orthodontic combination therapy for the treatment of moderate to severe periodontitis disease has obvious effects in improving the curative effect,reducing side effects and shortening the time of periodontal inflammation disappearance,and can promote the early rehabilitation of patients with moderate to severe periodontitis.
