急性脑梗死偏瘫患者应用早期康复护理对神经功能的影响

Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Neurological Function in Patients with Hemiplegia Due to Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的分析早期康复护理应用在急性脑梗死偏瘫患者对其神经功能的影响。方法选择该院2016年1月—2018年5月诊治的88例急性脑梗死偏瘫患者,随机分成研究组(44例)和对照组(44例)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组予以早期康复护理,比较两组护理的效果。结果研究组护理后NIHSS(10.21±2.14)分、Barthel指数(68.95±11.76)分、FMA(49.03±7.37)分,均优于对照组(t=14.728 8,10.298 2,6.948 0,P<0.05);研究组BBS(37.69±1.35)分、Holden FAC(3.97±0.36)分、肌力(4.19±0.87)分,优于对照组(t=22.568 6,15.358 5,4.010 7,P<0.05);研究组情感职能(67.26±16.35)分、社会功能(65.37±12.34)分、生理职能(69.15±12.34)分、躯体功能(65.12±12.23)分,优于对照组(t=2.435 0,4.584 7,5.803 3,3.455 3,P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死偏瘫患者实施早期康复护理的效果显著,可有效提升其神经功能、运动功能和日常生活能力,改善其机体功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the neurological function of patients with hemiplegia due to acute cerebral infarction.Methods 88 patients with acute cerebral infarction hemiplegia who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into study group(44 cases)and control group(44 cases).The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given early rehabilitation care to compare the effects of the two groups.Results NIHSS(10.21±2.14)points,Barthel index(68.95±11.76)points and FMA(49.03±7.37)points were better than the control group(t=14.728 8,10.298 2,6.948 0,P<0.05).The BBS(37.69±1.35)points,Holden FAC(3.97±0.36)points,and muscle strength(4.19±0.87)points were better than the control group(t=22.568 6,15.358 5,4.010 7,P<0.05).The emotion function in the study group was(67.26±16.35)points,social function(65.37±12.34),physiological function(69.15±12.34)points,and physical function(65.12±12.23)points,better than the control group(t=2.435 0,4.584 7,5.803 3,3.455 3,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with hemiplegia due to acute cerebral infarction is significant,which can effectively improve their neurological function,motor function and daily living ability,improve their body functions and improve their quality of life.
