一体化护理管理模式在腰椎椎间融合术患者围术期的应用效果

Application Effect of Integrated Nursing Management Mode in Perioperative Period of Lumbar Interbody Fusion

目的研究分析一体化护理管理模式在腰椎椎间融合术患者围术期的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月—2018年7月该院收治的100例腰椎椎间融合术患者为研究对象,全部患者均分为研究组(n=50例)和对照组(n=50例),对照组给予常规护理模式,研究组给予一体化护理管理模式干预,比较分析两组患者相关指标的差异情况。结果研究组患者的护理满意度84.0%,明显的高于对照组患者的68.0%,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.872,P<0.05);观察组患者的平均住院时间(13.7±1.1)d、术后排气时间(3.2±0.4)d,明显的小于对照组患者的平均住院时间(16.9±1.3)d、术后排气时间(4.7±0.5)d,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.916,5.027,P<0.05);两组术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义(t=1.000,P>0.05)。结论一体化护理管理模式可以提高腰椎椎间融合术患者的护理满意度,缩短患者的平均住院时间以及术后排气时间,提高患者的治疗效果,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of integrated nursing management mode in perioperative period of lumbar interbody fusion.Methods 100 patients with lumbar interbody fusion were enrolled in our hospital from June 2017 to July 2018.All patients were divided into study group(n=50 cases)and control group(n=50 cases).The control group was given a routine nursing model,and the study group was given an integrated nursing management model intervention to compare and analyze the differences between the two groups of related indicators.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 84.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.0%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.872,P<0.05).The average length of hospital stay in the observation group(13.7±1.1)d,postoperative exhaust time(3.2±0.4)d,significantly less than the average hospitalization time of the control group(16.9±1.3)d,postoperative exhaust time(4.7±0.5)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.916,5.027,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(t=1.000,P>0.05).Conclusion The integrated nursing management model can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with lumbar interbody fusion,shorten the average hospitalization time and postoperative exhaust time,and improve the treatment effect of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
