延续性护理干预GnRHa治疗中枢性性早熟女童中的应用

Application of Continuous Nursing Intervention GnRHa in the Treatment of Girls with Central Precocious Puberty

目的研究并分析延续性护理干预Gn RHa治疗中枢性性早熟女童的临床效果。方法选取该院在2016年1月—2018年1月期间收治并确诊的182例中枢性性早熟女童,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各91例,两组患儿均给予Gn RHa治疗,对对照组患儿实施常规护理,研究组患儿在给予常规护理的基础上给予延续性护理,观察并分析两组患儿对医嘱的依从性以及比较两组患儿在初诊和醋酸亮柄瑞林缓释微球治疗12个月后生长速度和骨龄的变化情况。结果研究组患儿(97.9%)依从性在60分以上的较多,依从性明显高于对照组(49.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.857,P<0.05);研究组患儿的骨龄、HtSDSBA、HtSDSCA评分增长明显低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(t=11.325、11.647、10.974,P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预Gn RHa治疗中枢性性早熟女童有良好的临床效果,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical effects of continuous nursing intervention GnRHa in the treatment of girls with central precocious puberty.Methods A total of 182 girls with central precocious puberty admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group,91 cases in each group.GnRHa were given to both groups.For the treatment,routine care was given to the children in the control group.The children in the study group were given continuous care on the basis of routine nursing.The compliance of the two groups with the doctor's advice and changes in growth rate and bone age after 12 months of treatment with sustained-release microspheres was observed and analyzed.Results In the study group(97.9%),the compliance was more than 60 points,the compliance was significantly higher than that of the control group(49.5%),which was statistically significant(χ^2=4.857,P<0.05).The increase of bone age,HtSDSBA and HtSDSCA scores were significantly lower than those of the control group.which were statistically significant(t=11.325,11.647,10.974,P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention GnRHa has a good clinical effect in the treatment of central precocious puberty girls and it is worthy of clinical use.
