摘要
为应对国内外对鞋类越来越严格的环保要求,建立动态释放仓采样、DNPH衍生-液相色谱测定鞋类中醛酮化合物的方法。该方法对14种醛酮化合衍生后测定,在0.005 mg/L~3 mg/L范围内线性良好,精密度为2.8%~7.8%,符合测定鞋类醛酮化合物的检测要求。
In order to meet the increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements for shoes at home and abroad, a dynamic release bin sampling method was established for the determination of aldehydes and ketones in shoes by DNPH derivatization-liquid chromatography. The method has good linearity in the range of 0.005mg/L^3mg/L, and its precision is 2.8%~7.8%. It meets the requirements for the determination of aldehydes and ketones in shoes.
