107例宫颈机能不全患者术前心理状态分析

目的了解宫颈机能不全患者术前的心理状况及其影响因素。方法应用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表对107例宫颈机能不全患者进行调查。结果①36.5%宫颈机能不全患者有不同程度的抑郁,9.3%患者有不同程度的焦虑;②患者焦虑、抑郁程度与流产次数相关;③流产次数越多,或者同时合并其他妇科疾病是影响患者心理状态的主要因素。结论宫颈机能不全患者术前存在较多的心理问题,正确评估患者的心理状态,术前有针对性地开展心理护理,对于患者的术后恢复及孕期保健具有十分重要的意义。

Objective To analyze the preoperative psychological status and influential factors of patients with cervical insufficiency.Methods 107 patients with cervical insufficiency were tested by SAS and SDS.Results ①36.5% of cervical insufficiency patients show various degrees of depression,9.3% of them show various degrees of anxiety.②There were statistical difference among anxiety,depression and the number of abortions.③The psycho logical status were influenced by gynecologic diseases and the number of abortions.Conclusions Patients with cervical insufficiency have lots of mental problems,and it is very important to assess the patient s mental status and help them overcome their psychological barriers by personal nursing care which is good for their postoperative recovery and prenatal care.
