Implication, Dilemma and Optimal Paths of Rural Grass-roots Governance from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

推进农村基层治理、实现治理有效,是乡村振兴战略的重要内容和价值目标,有助于化解社会矛盾、修补社会生态、巩固基层政权。当前农村基层治理实践面临着党组织核心作用弱化、治理理念错位、治理方式单一、治理机制不完善的困境,应该从强化基层党组织领导作用、纠正治理理念偏差、丰富基层治理方式、健全基层治理机制层面入手,实现农村基层治理的优化和乡村的善治。

Promoting rural grass-roots governance and realizing effective governance is an important content and value goal of rural revitalization strategy.Effective governance at rural grass-roots level helps resolve social conflicts,repair social ecology and consolidate grass-roots political power.The current rural grassroots governance is facing problems of weakening central role of the party organization,malposition of management concept,a single dislocation,and imperfect governance mechanism.Therefore,the improvement of the level of grassroots governance mechanism and the optimization of good governance in the countryside should begin with strengthening grass-roots party organization leadership,rectifying governance concept,and enriching the method of governance.
