大学生考研意愿影响因素的回归分析

Regression Analysis of Influence Factors Affecting College Students' Intention for Preparing for Postgraduate Entrance Examination

基于河北省5所高校大学生的问卷调查,使用SPSS统计软件对影响考研的16个因素进行单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析,多因素回归分析结果显示,就业压力(OR=50.692)、大学成绩(成绩较好OR=15.105,成绩一般OR=4.631)和从众心理(OR=3.849)是大学生考研的3个独立影响因素。为此,政府应创新就业政策,高校应合理设置人才培养模式,考生应理性看待考研避免盲目跟风。

Sample questionnaires from five universities in Hebei province are collected through the network.We carry the mono-factor analysis and multi-factor Logistic regression analysis about the sixteen influence factors by SPSS statistical software.The multivariate Logistic regression analysis shows that the employment pressure(OR=50.692)、academic record(better academic record OR=15.105,ordinary academic record OR=4.631)and herd mentality are three major influence factors.Therefore,relevant government departments should innovate graduates’employment policy,colleges and universities should reasonably set up talent training model,college student should treat rationally taking postgraduate entrance exams and avoid blindly following others.
