论从高职到本科“3+2分段培养”的平稳过渡探索

从高职到本科"3+2分段培养"是发展现代职业教育的新模式和重要突破,具有明显的新时代教育发展的特点和优势。有效完成培养应用型高端技术技能型人才的关键问题之一,是从高职到本科的平稳过渡。根据实际调研,总结出过渡时期出现的主要问题是学生的心理归属感,教师教不会、高校的管理不配套等;提出建立合理的课程体系、针对这部分学生教学和管理的解决方法等。旨在通过这些途径顺利完成"3+2分段培养"的培养目标。

It is a new breakthrough and pattern of the modern vocational education about“3+2”piecewise talents training from higher vocational education to undergraduate education,and has obvious development characteristics and advantages.One of the key problems of effectively completing the practical highly-skilled talents is the smooth transition from higher vocational education to undergraduate education.According to the results of the survey,the main problems occurring during the period of transition include the sense of belonging of the students and the administration of the school.In order to achieve the undergraduate training objective,a set of reasonable course system and the system of teaching management must be established.
