摘要
传统心理学更多地关注人的缺陷以及伤害,这使得研究重心失衡。在大学生思政教育中引入积极心理学,主要培养大学生的积极品质,通过积极品质抵御消极情绪。思想政治教育实践中,教师可以调动学生内在的积极力量,不断激发学生学习兴趣,从而增强思想政治教育的实效性。
Compared with traditional psychology,positive psychology pays more attention to people's defects and harms,which makes the research center of gravity unbalanced.The introduction of positive psychology in college students'ideological education mainly cultivates the positive qualities of college students,and can resist negative emotions through positive qualities.In the practice of ideological and political education,teachers can mobilize students'inner positive forces and stimulate students'interest in learning,so as to improve their ideological and political teaching results.
