工商企业管理专业现代学徒制人才培养现状分析——以真功夫“订单班”店长学徒制为例

An Analysis on the Present Situation of Modern Apprenticeship Training in Business Administration Major——A Case Study of Apprenticeship in “True Kungfu Order Class”

"现代学徒制"是当前众多专家、学者研究的重点,同时也是职业院校在教育教学领域内的创新之所在。为能有效的提高学生的就业率,"现代学徒制"在顶岗实习方面的作用尤为突出。以惠州经济职业技术学院工商企业管理专业的真功夫"订单班"为例,通过访谈法进行调研,以了解和反馈"订单班"的实施效果,并为工商企业管理的人才培养提供合理化的建议。

"Modern apprenticeship"is the focus of many experts and scholars at present,and also the innovation of vocational colleges in education teaching field.In order to effectively improve the employment rate of students,the role of"modern apprenticeship"is particularly prominent in the field of internship.This paper takes the order class of Huizhou College of Economics and Technology as an example,and conducts research through interview method to understand and feedback the implementation effect of the order class.It uses the concept of"modern apprenticeship"to provide reasonable suggestions for talent development in business management.
