摘要
《农村小学复式教学》课程是小学教育专业的一门专业特色课程,其教学改革是对总课时量减少和原教学中存在问题的回应,通过PBL、TBL与Microteaching三种不同教学模式的混合使用,构建了以实践为导向,以学生小组自主训练为主体,以微格自主训练室与复式教学训练室为平台的教学改革实践路径,打通了学生课内课外的学习时空,促成了学生学习共同体,提升了教学效果,为同类教学技能训练课程的教学提供了教学范式。
Multi-grade Teaching Mode in Primary Schools in Rural Areas is a special course of primary education specialty.Its teaching reform is a response to the reduction of total class hours and the problems existing in the original teaching.Through the mixed use of three different teaching modes--PBL,TBL and Microteaching,the practice-oriented course is constructed,and the independent training of students in groups is taken as the subject.The practice path of teaching reform based on the platform of micro-autonomous training room and multi-mode teaching training room opens up the time and space of students'in-class and out-of-class learning,promotes the learning community of students,improves the teaching effect,and provides a teaching paradigm for the teaching of similar teaching skills training courses.
