摘要
2017年11月19日,由朱其策划的"前卫·上海——上海当代艺术30年文献展"在明园美术馆奏响序曲——第一单元"重启现代主义(1979—1985)"。从海派、土山湾画馆至今,上海是中国唯一在20世纪没有中断现代主义的城市。通过对现代主义地缘性艺术实践的追踪,策展人朱其论证和展示了上海作为中国现代主义发源地的合法性和现代艺术语言的连贯性。本文依据策展人的视角,以时间顺序梳理了上海这6年的当代艺术史脉络。
On November 19, 2017,"Avantgarde · Shanghai: 30 Years’ Documenta of Shanghai Contemporary Art(1979-2010)", curated by Zhu Qi, played its prelude, Unit 1 :"Restart Modernism(1979-1985)", at Mingyuan Art Museum. Historically, Shanghai is the only city where modernism has never ceased in the 20 th century of China, which lingered from the Shanghai School, T’ou-sè-wè Gallery to the present. By exploring modernism-related geographical art practices, the curator demonstrates Shanghai’s legitimacy as the headstream of modernism in China and coherence of modern art language. This paper is a chronological survey of the six-year contemporary art history from the curator’s angle of view.
