协调发展与世界级城市群建设——基于长三角城市群的研究

Coordinated Development and the Construction of World Class Urban Agglomeration——Based on the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration

本文采用五大经济指标,运用变异系数法测算了长三角城市群1993—2014年间的协调均衡发展趋势,结果发现长三角城市群五大指标的威尔逊系数逐年下降,经济差距逐年收敛,地区间的协调均衡发展趋势显著。然而,与发达国家世界一流的城市群相较而言,长三角城市群仍然存在着:核心城市的全球城市功能较弱、经济首位度较低、群内产业结构雷同、城镇体系有待优化、生态环境堪忧等问题。针对存在的问题,提出了打造世界一流城市群的政策建议。

Using coefficient of variation method with five economic indicators,this paper estimates the coordinated and balanced development trend of urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta from 1993 to 2014. The results show that the Wilson coefficient of the five indicators of urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta decreases year by year, the economic gap converges year by year, and the trend of coordinated and balanced development among regions is remarkable. However, compared with the world class cities in developed countries, the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration still exist some problems. Such as: the functions of global cities in core cities are weak, their economic priority is low, their industrial structures are identical, their urban systems need to be optimized, and their ecological environment is worrying. In view of the above problems, we put forward policies and suggestions to build the Yangtze River Delta into a world class urban agglomeration.
