退伍军人安置制度作为保障退伍军人基本权益的制度,是增强军队凝聚力和战斗力的激励制度。落实退伍军人安置工作,不仅有利于促使军人安心服役、为国奉献,而且有利于增强全民的国防意识,促进征兵工作的顺利开展和战时征兵的有效动员,是促进社会经济建设和实现军队建设现代化的重要举措。通过研究美国、英国、俄罗斯、德国、澳大利亚这五个典型国家的退伍军人安置制度,对我军退役安置制度的完善提供借鉴参考。

The paper aims to research the institutions of retired soliders’resettlement in the United State, Britain, Russia, Germany and Australia in order to improve policies of resettlement of retired soldiers in china.
