摘要
许多生物体经过亿万年生存环境的进化,其个体早已具备优异的摩擦功能.从黏附、耐磨、润滑、增摩等方面对生物体的优异摩擦学性能发展及应用概况进行了综述.基于仿生物体摩擦学机理,从生物体结构、材料、原理、行为等方面探讨未来产品工程设计及开发应用的发展方向.结合部分仿生物体摩擦学工程应用实例的研究进展,分析了仿生物体摩擦学研究中存在的不足,并对仿生物体摩擦学未来的发展方向进行了探讨.
After billions of years evolution,organisms have made excellent tribology function adapt living environment.This article reviewed application and development of organism’s superb tribology functions from its aspects,including adhesion,wear resistance,lubrication and friction enhancement,etc.Based on biomimetic biological tribology principle,the future engineering product design and the development direction such as organism’s structures,materials,principles and behaviors aspects were described.Combined with some cases of engineering application,the existent deficiencies of tribology for biomimetic biology were analyzed in the present research and its future development directions were discussed.
