摘要
以某电缆制造公司上海实验室(LCS)在德国电子协会(VDE)审核不通过为研究背景,以数据的移植性为切入点,提出问题,展开分析研究,最终决定对其实验室的PVC拉力机进行量具变异分析,设计实验,进行测量系统的重复性、再现性研究,解决了实际问题.
Based on the nonconformity of a cable company Lapp Cable Works Shanghai (LCS)in the verband der Elektrotechnik (VDE) audit,this paper,with data portability as the breakthrough point,asked questions and analyzed practical situation.The final decision on PVC tensile machine of the laboratory was made to do variation analysis of measuring tools,design experiments,and carry out the measurement system of repeatability and reproducibility studies,solved the actual problem.
