摘要 近年来,高职院校在专业建设过程中遇到了很多问题。针对于此通过前期的行业企业调研与毕业生调研,探索了新的专业培养模式。根据国家现代学徒制的专业建设要求,积极探索了具有创新性的四维双元现代学徒制培养模式。在此过程中建成了校企混编的优质师资团队,实现了学生交互训教、岗上成才。 In recent years, higher vocational colleges have encountered many problems in the process of professional construction. In response to this, new professional training model has been explored through the early investigations of industry enterprises and graduates. An innovative four-dimensional and binary modern apprenticeship training mode has been actively explored according to the requirements of national modern apprenticeship professional construction. In this process, a school-enterprise mixed high-quality faculty team is established, which enables students to interact and train and become on-the-job talents.
