摘要
高校思政理论课教师亲和力是决定高校思想政治教育教学有效性与针对性的重要因素,其亲和力的具体内涵包括要有较高的思想道德素质、扎实的理论功底及较强的移情能力等。本文通过问卷调查与分析,得出思政理论课教师是否具有较高的马克思主义理论素养、教学方式是否具有新颖创新性、与学生沟通交流是否充分等都是影响理论课教师亲和力的关键要素。基于此,高校思政理论课教师要通过不断夯实马克思主义理论基础、强化"以学生为本"的意识、积极运用创新思维能力、转变教学方式等路径,提升自身亲和力,切实增强思政理论课的实效。
The affinity of teachers in ideological and political theory courses is an important factor in determining the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The specific connotation of affinity includes higher ideological and moral quality,solid theoretical foundation and strong empathy ability.Through questionnaire survey and analysis,this paper concludes that whether teachers of ideological and political theory courses have higher Marxist theoretical literacy,whether teaching methods are novel and innovative,and whether communication with students is sufficient is the key to affecting the affinity of theoretical teachers.Based on this,it is proposed that the teachers of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities should continue to improve the ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities by constantly consolidating the theoretical foundations of Marxism,strengthening the"student-oriented"consciousness,actively using innovative thinking skills,and changing the teaching methods.
