庆阳市城乡初中英语教师培训调查分析 被引量:1

The Investigation and Analysis of English Teacher Training in Urban and Rural Middle Schools in Qingyang City

摘要 以庆阳市132名初中英语教师、英语教研室主任及主管教学副校长为调查对象,通过问卷调查和个人访谈收集城乡初中英语教师基本信息、教师培训现状和培训需求数据,对比分析了城乡初中英语教师培训的差异情况,提出对城乡初中英语教师进行分层培训、建立健全教师培训档案、小范围试点培训券制度、改善网络培训体验等建议,以期提高西部地区初中英语教师培训的针对性和实效性。 Through questionnaires and interviews,we investigated 132 English teachers,head of English teaching and research sections,vice president of middle schools in Qingyang City.We collected the basic information,training status and training needs,and analyzed the training discrepancy of urban and rural middle school English teachers in Qingyang City.In order to improve the training pertinence and effectiveness of middle school English teachers in Western China,we propose to carry out the multilevel training,establish and improve the teachers'training files,pilot the training tickets in a small scale,and improve the experience of internet training.
