摘要
学生评教是高校教学评价的重要手段,其评教结果准确性是保障教学质量的关键要素。实践过程中,学生评教受到评教指标"难统一"、评教过程"难管理"、评教结果"难应用"等诸多因素制约,导致评教结果的实效性不足。"师生互利共赢"学生评教模式通过教学评价体系合理构建、教学评价过程动态循环管理、教学评价实效提升等内容,将学生评教核心功能从"教学监控"转移至"教学改进"。该模式提倡教师与学生之间建立相互信任的合作关系,通过学生、教师和教学管理者的通畅交流、学生评教程序的动态调整,促进教学问题的持续性改进和教学成果的积淀与传承,为高校学生评教的实效性提供解决思路。
Students’evaluation of teaching is an important way of teaching evaluation in colleges and universities and the accuracy of evaluation results is the key factor to ensure the quality of teaching.In fact,the accuracy of evaluation results are strongly influenced by the factors of establishment of evaluation index,management of evaluation process,application of evaluation results and etc.Through the rational construction of the teaching evaluation system,the dynamic cycle management of the teaching evaluation process,and the improvement of the teaching evaluation effectiveness,the teaching evaluation model shifts the core function of students’evaluation of teaching from“teaching monitoring”to“teaching improvement”. This model advocates the establishment of trust and cooperation between teachers and students,and promotes continuous improvement of teaching problems and output of teaching effectiveness through the pleasant communication of students,teachers and teaching administrators,and the dynamic adjustment of student evaluation procedures,and provides solutions for the effectiveness of university students’evaluation of teaching.
