摘要
本实验以乙醇为浸提剂,首次应用超声-微波联合辅助方法提取黑豆红色素,通过七种单因素实验和三因素三水平正交实验得出最佳提取工艺:超声功率100 W、微波功率120 W、乙醇体积分数50%、料液比(g:mL)1∶15、浸提温度70℃、pH值=1,在浸提时间35 min条件下黑豆红色素的提取效果最好。
The ultrasonic and micro-wave auxiliary extraction measure are first used to extract red pigment in from the black soybean peel in this research.The ethanol is taken as extraction agent,six single-factor experiments and three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiments showed that the optimum conditions of immersing technique were:ultrasonic power 100W,and microwave power 120W,ethanol(volume fraction 50%),material liquid ratio(g∶mL)1∶15,leaching temperature at 70℃,pH=1,and extracting time at 35 min.
