摘要
采用淀粉纳米晶与生物可降解的聚己内酯复合,并通过静电纺丝法制备了完全绿色的复合纤维,表征了纤维的形态和结构。结果表明,复合纤维的形态与淀粉纳米晶用量和聚己内酯浓度密切相关:在聚己内酯浓度较低时,淀粉纳米晶会改善体系的可纺性,得到形态较佳的复合纤维;但当聚己内酯浓度较高时,淀粉纳米晶会使得纤维结构显著退化。因此淀粉纳米晶不仅可用于制备绿色复合材料,还可用于调控电纺纤维的形态。
Green polymeric fibers were prepared by electrospinning using polycaprolactone/starch nanocrystal(PCL/SNC)composite.The morphology and structure of as-obtained composite fibers were then studied.The results reveal that the morphology of composite fibers are closely related to the SNC loadings and PCL concentrations.At the lower PCL concentrations,the presence of SNC could improve spinnability of composite systems,obtaining fibers with good fiber structure,while at the higher PCL concentrations,the presence of SNC particles degrades fiber structure evidently.Accordingly,SNC can be used to tune the morphology of electrospun fibers,besides preparation of green composites.
