随着海外项目的不断深入扩展,业主对于设计质量的要求不断提高,在现场施工过程中,对于螺栓长度的准确度要求也随之提高。螺栓长度不够,螺母与螺栓不能完全啮合,会导致法兰连接配合失效;螺栓长度过长,又会影响生产成本以及现场安装精度。本文主要研究的是ASME标准体系、SH标准体系以及HG标准体系全螺纹螺柱长度的选取,为实际工程中螺栓长度的选择提供参考依据。

With the continuous expansion of overseas projects,the requirements of the owner for design quality are constantly improving.During the on-site construction process,the accuracy requirements for bolt length are also increased.If the length of the bolt is not enough,the nut and the bolt cannot be completely meshed,which would lead to flange connection failure.If the length of the bolt is too long,which will affect the production cost and the accuracy of the installation on site.This paper mainly studies the selection of the full thread stud length of ASME standard system,SH standard system and HG standard system,which provides a reference for the selection of bolt length in practical engineering.
