摘要
采用溴代正戊烷和吡啶的物质的量比1∶1,加热回流制备溴化N-正戊基吡啶。制备四氟硼酸N-正戊基吡啶时,由于反应物四氟硼酸钠和AmPyBr在丙酮中的溶解度很小,但由于他们的产物NaBr在丙酮中不溶,从而推动反应不断进行。AP-BF_4在乙腈中的最大吸收波长为230 nm。AP-BF_4在乙腈中标准工作曲线的线性回归方程为:y=0.91232+0.02166x,相关系数为0.99984;反映溶液浓度和吸光度值两个变量之间的相关程度高,测得乙腈中OPBF4回收率在97.9%~102.2%之间。
N-amyl pyridine bromide was prepared by the molar ratio of N-pentane bromide and pyridine 1∶1 by reflux heating.In the preparation of N-amyl pyridine tetrafluoroborate,the reactant sodium tetrafluoroborate and AmPyBr have a very small solubility in acetone,but their product NaBr is insoluble in acetone,so the reaction is constantly promoted.The maximum absorption wavelength of AP-BF4 in acetonitrile is 230nm.The linear regression equation of the standard operating curve of AP-BF4 in acetonitrile was y=0.91232+0.02166x,and the correlation coefficient was 0.99984.The recovery of AP-BF4 AP-BF4 in acetonitrile ranged from 97.9%to 102.2%.
