某高硫高盐油田改造工程管道腐蚀及选材分析

A High Sulfur and High Salt Oilfield Reconstruction Project Pipeline Corrosion and Matrrial Analysis

通过对某高硫高盐油田管道腐蚀原因进行分析,选取一种适合该油田管道材料,通过对比选取Alloy 825复合管将已经严重腐蚀的管线进行更换。更换后,油田运行良好,管道腐蚀得到解决。

By analyzing the cause of corrosion in a high-sulfur and high-salt oil pipeline,a pipe material suitable for the oilfield was selected,and the pipeline with severe corrosion was replaced by comparing the Alloy 825 composite pipe.After the replacement,the oil field worked well and the pipeline corrosion was solved.
