转型期地方新建本科院校专业实习模式的探索——以贵州工程应用技术学院应用化学专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 地方新建本科院校向应用型高校转型发展过程应注重实践教学对人才培养质量的保障作用。贵州工程应用技术学院应用化学专业基于学校转型发展愿景和专业方向多元化的特点,探索构建了多元拓展实习基地、统分安排实习去向、双轨管理实习过程的专业实习模式。多元拓展实习基地可充分满足专业多元化发展的需求;统分安排实习去向能合理利用校内外资源,促进学生就业和升学;双轨管理实习过程可有效保证实习质量。 The transformation and development of local newly-built universities should pay more attention to the effect of practical teaching on the quality of personnel training.Based on the vision of transformation and the characteristics of diversification of apply chemical,Guizhou University of Engineering explored construct a professional practice model:multivariate development practice base,separate arrangement practice whereabouts,double-track management practice process.Multivariate development practice base can fully meet the needs of diversified professional development;separate arrangement practice can rational utilize on-campus and off-campuse resources,promote students employment and entrance;double-track management practice process can effectively ensure the quality of practice.
