双氧水筛板萃取塔两相流动CFD模拟探究

摘要 采用CFD对双氧水筛板萃取塔中油水两相的流动进行模拟,探究油水空塔速度对两相流动的影响,并通过调节降液管的构造改善流动效果。结果表明,连续相在塔板间呈严重的漩涡流动,涡流面积占据塔板间的大部分空间;随着相比增大,水相形成的涡流面积增大;分散相也相应产生漩涡,并向塔中部集中,这是降低双氧水筛板萃取塔传质效率的一个主要原因。通过降液管的结构改造对两相流动有一定改善,但程度有限。 CFD was used to simulate two-dimensional two-phase flow in a hydrogen peroxide sieve-plate extraction tower.The influence of the continuous and dispersed phase superficial velocity on the two-phase flow was investigated,and the structure of the downflow spout was adjusted to improve the two-phase flow.Results show that large vortexes exist between the sieve plates.With the increase of phase ratio,the vortexes also increase.The oil phase is concentrated in the middle of the tower and vortexes are also observed.These questions may greatly reduce the mass transfer efficiency.By adjusting the downflow spout,the two-phase flow was improved,but rather limited.
