基于校企一体化视角的新时代师徒制研究 被引量:2

摘要 多年来,学徒制模式在职业院校人才培养工作中备受推崇却效果不佳,现代学徒制和新型学徒制都未能有效地保障实施过程中的"校企协同"这一关键所在。基于校企一体化视角的新时代师徒制,以校办(内)企业全过程参与学生培养为前置条件,兼顾全日制招生和非全日制招工,协同学生管理和学徒管理,融合教授学生与传授徒弟,并重校内实习与校外就业,构建了"校企一体、教产一家、双师一人、协同一心"的高效运行机制,解决了学徒制长期以来存在的校热企冷难题,符合在产业调整和职业教育转型的新形势下我国职业教育良性发展的实际情况,是经过实践验证的切实可行的学徒制人才培养新模式。 For the past many years,the apprenticeship mode has been highly praised in the personnel training of vocational colleges,but with a poor effect.Modern apprenticeship and new apprenticeship fail to guarantee effectively "the school-enterprise cooperation" in the implementation process as a key part.Based on the apprenticeship system in the new era from the perspective of school-enterprise integration, taking the whole process of school-run (internal) enterprises participating in student training as the precondition,considering both full-time and part-time recruitment,cooperating with student management and apprenticeship management,integrating the teaching and apprentice for the students,and emphasizing on-campus internship and off-campus employment,the effective running system of "integration of school and enterprise,combination of teaching and production,teacher for theory and practice,consensus of school and enterprise " is constructed,which efficiently solving the long-standing problem of active schools and inactive enterprises in apprenticeship system,conforming to the actual situation of the sustainable development of vocational education in China under the new situation of industrial adjustment and vocational education transformation,which is a new feasible mode of personnel training in apprenticeship proved by the practice.
