“定制培训”模式在理工科大学的应用——以河南科技大学信息工程学院为例

On the Application of Customized Training Mode in Science and Engineering Universities ——A Case Study of School of Information Engineering in Henan University of Science and Technology

定制培训是为改变教育理论与实践脱节现状、提升大学生就业创业竞争力而采取的新兴人才培养模式。河南科技大学信息工程学院的"定制培训"模式主要采用"学院与培训机构合作"的模式和"院企合作"的模式。"定制培训"实施以来,毕业生就业水平显著提高,学生综合素质整体提升,学科专业建设得以快速发展。但是,"定制培训"模式仍然处于初级发展阶段,亟待改进和完善,需要提升合作层次、丰富培训内容和培养学生的创新精神。

Customized training is a new talent training mode to change the current situation of disconnection between educational theory and practice and to enhance the employment competitiveness of college students.The "customized training" mode applied by School of Information Engineering in Henan University of Science and Technology mainly adopts the mode of "cooperation of colleges and training institutions" and the mode of "cooperation of colleges and enterprises".Since the implementation of "customized training",the employment of graduates of School of Information Engineering has been significantly improved,the overall quality of students has been upgraded,and the construction of disciplines and specialties has developed rapidly.However,the "customized training" mode is still in its primary stage of development,which needs to be improved and perfected urgently.It needs to enhance the level of cooperation,enrich the training content and cultivate students' innovative spirit.
