复合型技能人才跨专业协同培养模式:理论、现状与建议 被引量:7

摘要 利用相关专业的教学资源和师资力量进行跨专业协同培养是高职院校培养复合型技能人才的必然选择。在揭示跨专业协同培养模式的前提、形成条件、培养要素、培养效果之间逻辑关系的基础上,分析了高职院校跨专业协同培养的"主辅修模式""嵌入课程模式"及"专业融合模式"的现状、特点及存在的问题,提出了充分认识跨专业协同培养人才的规律、促进人才培养要素跨专业融合、加强跨专业协同培养模式的规范性建设、加大资金支持、先发展特色专业再实施跨专业协同培养等完善和规范跨专业协同培养模式的建议。 Making use of the teaching resources and teachers of related specialties to carry out the multidisciplinary cooperative cultivation is an inevitable choice for compound skilled talents training.On the basis of revealing the logical relationship among the premise,preconditions,training elements and training effects of multidisciplinary cooperative cultivation,this paper analyzed current characteristics and the existing four problems in "Major-minor Mode","Embedded Curriculum Mode" and "Specialties Integration Mode" of multidisciplinary cooperative cultivation in vocational colleges,and proposed that we should fully understand the law of multidisciplinary cooperative cultivation of talents,promote the multidisciplinary integration of talents cultivation elements,strengthen the normative construction of multidisciplinary cooperative cultivation mode,increase financial support,first develop characteristic specialties and then implement multidisciplinary cooperative cultivation,and so on,so as to perfect and standardize multidisciplinary cooperative cultivation mode.
